5. User Conduct & Content Policy

ChatDoki is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Content

• Illegal content or promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to child exploitation, violence, or fraud
• Non-consensual sexual content, explicit violence, or graphic material
• Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to manipulate the platform

• Content that violates intellectual property rights

Prohibited Behaviors

• Attempting to jailbreak, manipulate, or coerce AI companions into breaking these rules
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• Excessive API usage or attempts to circumvent usage limits

Consequences: Violation of these policies may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and legal action where appropriate. We do not provide refunds for violations.

6. International Use and Compliance

ChatDoki is available globally, but users must comply with their local laws and regulations. Specific considerations include:

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked
• Your data will be deleted according to our retention policies
• Unused virtual currency will be forfeited
• Active subscriptions will not be refunded
